POLICIES
Returns: Unused/unopened items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Buyer pays return shipping and will be refunded the item cost upon receipt of the unused/unopened item. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded. Please notify me via e-mail at celestial.creations@verizon.net prior to returning the item.
Shipping: Items will be shipped via USPS, UPS or DHL. Items will be shipped within three (3) business days; however, I strive to ship out in one (1) business day.
If you are in the local area (DE: Wilmington/Hockessin area or PA: Kennett Square/West Chester/Media area) you can stop by and pick your items up or I can deliver on a Saturday or Sunday. Select Pick-up/Local Delivery as the shipping option (no charges involved) and contact me either via e-mail at celestial.creations@verizon.net or by phone at 302-475-0510 to arrange pick-up/delivery.
Privacy: Your information will NOT be sold or distributed - EVER!! Additionally, all newsletters have an opt-out choice where you can opt-out of receiving them with no questions asked.

Q: What does c2s2i mean?
A: It is a nickname for Celestial Creations & Scrapbook Supplies, Inc. two c's, two s's and an i.
Q: Do you ship outside the US?
A: I can ship outside the US depending on the location. If you are an international customer and are interested in an item, please send me an e-mail. We can discuss the shipping methods and I can e-mail you an invoice.
Q: Do I get to choose my shipping method?
A: We currently have a flat rate shipping of $5 in the US with FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50! Typically we ship with a 2-3 day delivery method such as US Postal Service Priority Mail; however, we may also use DHL, FedEx or UPS. If you need Express Shipping, please call or E-mail to determine extra fee necessary.
Q: Do I need to have a PayPal account to pay via credit card?
A: No, you can still use Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover if you do not have a PayPal account. You just enter your credit card information when you go to the PayPal site to checkout.
Q: What is Google Checkout?
A: Google Checkout makes it easy to purchase items from many stores on the web. You sign up filling out a single page of information and get a username and password. Once you have your password you can use it at any site that accepts Google Checkout to pay for your items. This reduces the need for multiple usernames and passwords at different sites. You can also track all you orders in one place and shop with confidence knowing that Google protects you from unauthorized purchases.
